Data we collect

• Newsletter: your email, to send news when you subscribe.
• Orders: name, address, email, telephone and payment details, collected at Shopify checkout to process and deliver your order.
• Scent consultant: your preferences and text are sent to the recommendation service to prepare suggestions.
• Contact: information you send by email, so we can reply.

Service providers

Only providers needed to operate the website and store: hosting, data storage, Shopify, payments, email delivery and carriers. We do not sell your data.

Retention and your rights

We keep your newsletter email until you unsubscribe and order data for the legally required period. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing, by contacting us. You may also complain to Portugal’s CNPD.
